Strictly Confidential · Edition 02

Where power
meets opportunity.

We believe the world's largest opportunities
still sit on the wrong side of trust.
We exist to close that distance —
at sovereign grade, anywhere in the world.

A Global Advisory Platform Private & Confidential

We do not chase deals;
we structure them.
We do not lobby;
we counsel.
We do not introduce;
we close.

— The SBG Operating Principle
02 · The How

How we honor that belief.

Five operating principles. Non-negotiable. Applied identically in every jurisdiction.

I

We institutionalize access.

Relationships are not assets until they are governed.

II

We operate only by mandate.

Written. Scoped. Discreet.

III

We deliver counsel, not noise.

Clients engage us to be early, not loud.

IV

We hold one standard worldwide.

Sovereign-grade, regardless of jurisdiction.

V

We measure outcomes, not motion.

Closed mandates — never introductions made.

03 · The What

Five mandate-led divisions.

One institutional roof. Each division has its own Managing Principal, P&L, and conflicts file.

I.

Capital & Advisory

Capital with a Sovereign Compass.

Investment facilitation, deal origination, public–private partnership structuring, sovereign-aligned mandates, energy transition capital, and selective M&A advisory. The profit engine of the Group.

II.

Executive Services

Mobility. Protection. Protocol.

VIP close protection coordination, diplomatic protocol, secure mobility, private aviation, and medical evacuation. The trust foundation on which all other mandates are earned.

III.

Properties & Global Access

Beyond Borders. Above Ordinary.

Luxury real estate, cross-border investment vehicles, residency-by-investment advisory (EB-5, Caribbean CBI, Portugal, UAE), and property structuring. The bridge between capital and global mobility.

IV.

Strategic Intelligence

Read the Room. Then the World.

Stakeholder mapping, scenario analysis, government affairs counsel, and discreet advisory to embassies, multinationals, and incoming principals. By invitation only.

V.

Digital Transformation

Sovereign Systems. Modern Velocity.

Enterprise digital strategy, AI-enabled operating-model design, secure cloud and data architecture, and government and large-institution modernization. The operating future of every counterpart we serve.

One Institutional Roof

Five divisions. One standard.

Cross-divisional mandates are coordinated by the Office of the President. Strategic Intelligence reports privately to the Chairman.

04 · The Bridge

How SBG operates.

Capital does not lack appetite. It lacks all three of the following — at once.

The Rooms of Power

  • Heads of state & ministerial circles
  • Sovereign-aligned institutions
  • Royal & traditional authority
  • Diplomatic corps
  • Senior governance counterparts
SBG

The Rooms of Capital

  • Sovereign-aligned investors
  • Multinationals & strategics
  • Diaspora & private capital pools
  • DFIs & development capital
  • Embassies (commercial section)
Access · Structure · Execution under one institutional roof
05 · Leadership

Two principals.
One bridge.

Royal lineage and international statesmanship anchored by global technology and capital discipline.

EFK

HRH Prince Etienne FEUBA KETCHA, MBA

Founder & Chairman

Royal lineage and international statesman. Senior relationships across global heads of state, sovereign-aligned institutions, and capital ecosystems on multiple continents. The Group's principal anchor for institutional access at the highest levels.

RF

Rodrigue FOUAFOU

Co-Founder & President / Group CEO

06 · Engagement

How we engage.

By mandate. Never by volume. Every engagement begins with a principal meeting and ends with a written mandate letter.

Advisory Retainer

US$ 15K–60K monthly. 6–12 month term. For embassies, multinationals, and sovereign-aligned investors.

Transaction Mandate

Modest retainer plus success fee (1–5% of transaction value). Selective principal participation.

Executive Services

Per-engagement or annualized. Pricing reflects clearance, mobility, protocol, and exposure profile.

Intelligence Subscription

By invitation only. Annual subscription for institutional clients. Bespoke briefs for principals.

Digital Transformation

Discovery sprint (US$ 30K–80K) followed by milestone-based delivery contracts.
